EZEKIEL CHAPTER 13

Eze 13:1 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

(Note here that God is telling us that this is His word to Ezekiel not mans.)

Eze 13:2 Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say thou unto them that prophesy out of their own hearts, Hear ye the word of the LORD;

Eze 13:3 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!

(This word foolish is the Strong's Greek Word #5036 and 5034 and means stupid, wicked, foolish, vile person, wilt, faint and also to fall away. This means there are prophets or pastors out there who teach their own opinions and traditions of men that go contrary to God's word that leads people to fall away from the True Living Word of God which is none other than Jesus Christ himself, as noted in St. John 1. This is what Paul was trying to tell us of in 2Thessalonians 2:1-4 when he told us, " that the son of perdition would be coming as the antichrist (which means instead of Christ) claiming to be Christ before the day that the true Christ returns, for Christ returns in the 7th trump, which is the last one, for there are only 7, as noted in Revelation chapters 8-11, which means the antichrist comes before the true Christ returns and that nobody’s flying anywhere but all will be here during the antichrist's reign. What could be more foolish than listening to man's word over God's?? That is why God would tell us in 2Timothy 2:15-18,"To study God's word and show ourselves approved unto God a workman that needeth not be ashamed." When one studies God's word for themselves and separates God's word from man's and fact from fiction, then they need not be ashamed, for shame comes from finding out that what you have taught someone to be truth was nothing but traditions of men that does not align with God's word. This is also why God would tell us in Isaiah 8:20,"To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them."   We know from St. John 1, that Christ the Living Word of God is the true Light that keeps us from falling into darkness and believing Satan’s lies and traditions of men, so therefore those that God chooses to teach His word will be telling it as God's word tells it, or otherwise God does not dwell within them and God has not sent them, as noted in Isaiah 8:20 and Jeremiah 23.)

Eze 13:4 O Israel, thy prophets are like the foxes in the deserts.

(It is amazing how our Father uses nature itself to explain things to us whereby our human minds can see and grasp the spiritual thought that our Father is trying to get across to us. Foxes are very sly and cunning animals and know how to hunt down and catch their prey. Well false teachers say all kinds of sly but flattering things and try to make it sound so biblical, in order to get you to listen to them and donate your money, rather than teaching you to listen to God's word and checking all men out in God's word, whereby Satan through them tries to gain your soul with sweet, but deceptive words that are lies and traditions of men, rather than the true word of God, and that is why God tells us to study for ourselves and to not listen to anyone that teaches anything other than what is written in God's word, as noted in 2Timothy 2:15-18 and Isaiah 8:20.)

Eze 13:5 Ye have not gone up into the gaps, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD.

(This to me denotes the fact that these false teachers don't know enough of God's word to answer even the most simple of man's questions, so they just tell people to just believe and God's going to fly you outta here, which if you read on down to verse 20 in this very chapter God tells you he is against the fly away doctrine and those that teach it. A hedge is a wall of protection. Ephesians 6:10-24 lets us know that the battle of the end time is spiritual warfare between God's children and Satan and that God's word is our gospel armor of protection from Satan’s lies and spiritual deception taught by false pastors. You see all are going through the Antichrist reign, as noted in Revelation chapters 8-11, Matthew 24, Mark 13, and 2Thessalonians 2. You see the 7 trumps in Revelation tell us what trump Christ returns in and Jesus Christ ONLY returns in the 7th trump which means no fly away doctrine like man has promised many and that is why God will tell you himself in verse 20 of this chapter that he is against those that teach his children to fly to save their souls, for it teaches them to accept the Antichrist as Christ when he is cast out in the 6th trump and that is why Christ will tell many when he returns in the 7th trump, "to get out of my sight I never knew you," as noted in Matthew 7:23. This means they were teaching people to fly away and therefore teaching people to accept the Antichrist as Christ, which means they never knew the Living Word Jesus Christ and what that word said about how and when Jesus would return but were deceived by Satan the false Christ and teaching a false Christ instead of the true Living Word of God Jesus Christ.)

Eze 13:6 They have seen vanity and lying divination, saying, The LORD saith: and the LORD hath not sent them: and they have made [others] to hope that they would confirm the word.

Eze 13:7 Have ye not seen a vain vision, and have ye not spoken a lying divination, whereas ye say, The LORD saith [it]; albeit I have not spoken?

(This word vanity in the Hebrew means evil(as destructive),ruin, guile, idolatry, deceptive, lie and false. This is why we as children of God need to take no man's word without checking him or her out in God's word first, for there are those out there that claim to be teachers and pastors of God's word who are not, but rather are teachers of falsehood and lies, that cause people to commit spiritual adultery and become spiritual whores for they neglect God's true word to follow what man and their traditions would have them to follow and this could cause one a spiritual ruin or the destruction of their very soul on judgment day if people do not take the time to study for themselves.)

Eze 13:8 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye have spoken vanity, and seen lies, therefore, behold, I [am] against you, saith the Lord GOD.

Eze 13:9 And mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: they shall not be in the assembly of my people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I [am] the Lord GOD.

(We can see plainly here that the Lord is not happy at all with those who teach false doctrines that go contrary to His word. God is Word and His word is forever, as noted in St. John 1:1-14, Hebrews 13:8 and Psalms 119:89-96, so always take God's word over mans, for Father never changes and will never let you down, but man changes like the wind, for he is only flesh and will let you down.)

Eze 13:10 Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and [there was] no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered [morter]:

(Many teach peace today in the sense that many teach just believe in God and He will fly you out of here before the antichrist is cast out, which is untrue and seduces many, for the antichrist shall come first claiming to be Christ to deceive all those who have not studied indepth into worshipping him as Christ, as noted in 2Thessalonians 2, Mark 13, Matthew 24 and Revelation chapters 8-11. You see Revelation 13 tells us of a one world system which is "suppose" to bring peace, but there is only one problem, Satan as the antichrist is the ruler of it when he is cast out to play Christ to deceive all those who have not studied into worshipping him as Christ and there will be no true peace until the true Prince of peace returns, which is none other than Jesus Christ the Living Word.   One person started this rapture theory and others who haven't studied in depth just keep spreading it and the word rapture isn't even in the bible, for it is a tradition of men rather than of God's word. God warned us of listening to men and their traditions that are not biblical in Colossians 2:6-9)

Eze 13:11 Say unto them which daub [it] with untempered [morter], that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and ye, O great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall rend [it].

Eze 13:12 Lo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where [is] the daubing wherewith ye have daubed [it]?

(Those that do understand God's word and what lie this wall symbolizes are to teach those who are trapped in that lie the truth of God's word, whereby they can come out of the deception and get into God's word. When Christ returns, those who thought the antichrist was Christ, will know then that someone taught them a lie and tried to cover the true word of God for a lie cannot stand before the truth of God's word , for after all there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known, as noted in Matthew 10:26. When Jesus Christ the Living Word returns the true Light, then all the lies will be uncovered for what they are and come crashing down to the ground for all to see.)

Eze 13:13 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even rend [it] with a stormy wind in my fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and great hailstones in [my] fury to consume [it].

Eze 13:14 So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered [morter], and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof: and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD.

Eze 13:15 Thus will I accomplish my wrath upon the wall, and upon them that have daubed it with untempered [morter], and will say unto you, The wall [is] no [more], neither they that daubed it;

Eze 13:16 [To wit], the prophets of Israel which prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and [there is] no peace, saith the Lord GOD.

(This word untempered in verse 14 in the Hebrew means foolish things. God is going to bring down the false doctrine that have been built up by man and their foolish traditions that do not align with God's word, as well as all those who have helped daub or further the lies and show them up for what they are when the true Christ returns. As well as the false pastors who insisted these lies were truth claiming these lies would give them peace and safety, when in fact the rapture theory itself that most teach only lead one to worship the false messiah as Christ, for the antichrist shall come first before the return of the true Christ and therefore anyone that thinks they are flying away first are going to run straight into Satan’s arms thinking he is Christ.)

Eze 13:17 Likewise, thou son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them,

Eze 13:18 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the [women] that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive [that come] unto you?

(Daughter and women here do not necessarily mean just women but is referring to both men and women, after all spiritually speaking we are all the brides of Christ. This word pillows here is the Strong's Concordance Hebrew word #3704 and 3680 and means a covering of a seat or bed, to cover for secrecy, conceal or hide. God is kind of saying in verse 18, do you honestly think you are going to save the souls of the people by teaching rapture theory lies etc, trying to cover the true Word of God?? For after all God is the word and only God can save you from the deception of men, as noted in St. John 1:1-14 and Isaiah 8:20. God also tells us in verse 20 of this very chapter, that He is against the fly away doctrine taught by man.)

Eze 13:19 And will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to my people that hear [your] lies?

(God is asking us here are we willing to teach lies and traditions of men that tickles peoples ear just for the money or are we going to teach God's word like it is for the love of God and for the love of God's children, to protect God's children from Satan’s lies and traditions of men? Sometimes God's word may sting for a moment, but it is by God's word that we obtain eternal life with God and God's blessings, as noted in Deuteronomy 11:22-28.)

Eze 13:20 Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I [am] against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make [them] fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, [even] the souls that ye hunt to make [them] fly.

Eze 13:21 Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD.

(God tells us outright here, that He is against the fly away rapture doctrine that teaches people to fly to save their souls before the antichrist comes and God's word is forever, as noted in Psalms 119:89-96 and Hebrews 13:8, so who are you going to believe your pastor? or God's word? God has sent true teachers of his word to give His children the truth about the rapture theory doctrine and other of man's traditions, to tear the pillows/traditions of men off of God's word, whereby His children can have a chance to see and hear His words of truth that men and their traditions have tried to hide.)

Eze 13:22 Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life:

(Man's traditions that go contrary to God's word strengthen people to do or say things that are contrary to God's word by making them think it is right and it makes the heart of those who truly love God's word sad to see people being ripped off by man's traditions because of the lack of God's word being taught.)

Eze 13:23 Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver my people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD.

(God through true teachers of His word today will instruct His children and guide them back to him and they know once they hear the true word of God taught that God is the word and Lord of all and that there is no other.)

Jude 24and 25- Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling (away from the faith), and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory (His Second Coming)with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
